Tobacco
Cameron Building
Kinney Building
River Lofts at Tobacco Row
Richmond, VA

These historic tobacco factories in Richmond VA, known collectively as Tobacco Row, have recently been revitalized as a vibrant mixed use development. This adaptive reuse of the Cameron and Kinney Buildings includes the design of lounges, lobbies, elevator and corridor areas, as well as the creation of a management and leasing office, fitness center, gallery, and community game room. The beauty of the original buildings is exposed, highlighted, and complimented with restrained contemporary finishes and lighting.
